Renowned South Korean actress, Song Hye Kyo has recently talked about her separation from Song Joong Ki. For the very first time, the 43-year-old actress has come forward and discussed openly why she and her husband called off their short-lived marriage.
The former couple’s romantic relationship began when they were working together on the set of Descendants Of The Sun, a popular Korean television series that aired in 2016. The on-screen chemistry of the pair made everyone fall in love with them. Song Hye Kyo and Song Joong Ki developed feelings for each other while working very closely during the shoot of the series. Further, the couple who were called by their fans, the Song-Song Couple, dated each other for one year. Also, rumors of the couple’s wedding were also on the rise along with certain reports which stated that Song Hye Kyo wasn’t ready for marriage.
Despite this, Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo exchanged vows in the year 2017. However, their marriage was not like a normal marriage. From the very beginning, the couple disagreed on numerous things which led to frequent fights between them. The main problem between the couple was that Song Joong Ki, the Vincenzo actor, wanted to start a family but Song Hye Kyo, The Glory actress wanted to focus on her professional life and wasn’t ready for it.
