No, Netflix has not announced any specific day for the premiere of the show. But it is unlikely that the upcoming installment will release in September of 2021 because there are already many shows planned for that month. So, expect Circle Season 3 to release in the last 3 months of 2021.
And unlike other shows, the entire batch of episodes won’t release on the same day. The same pattern of the previous seasons will be kept up with.

As it is a reality TV series, the cast does not consist of famous celebrities. It usually features common people who are given a chance at popularity. And the list of contestants is usually announced 3 to 4 months before the premiere of every season.
