Fans of Classroom of the Elite have been eagerly waiting for the next season. Season 4 has officially been confirmed, and the new story will continue following Kiyotaka Ayanokoji and his classmates as they face new challenges.
Classroom Of The Elite Season 4 Release Date
While the first teaser was revealed nearly a year ago, the creators have now released a proper trailer, which confirms that the series will premiere on April 1, 2026. Classroom of the Elite Season 4 will start with a special 90-minute episode that covers the first four episodes of the season.

The new video gives a glimpse of Ayanokouji starting his second year at Advanced Nurturing High School and sets the stage for the next class competitions. It covers the first semester of his second year, picking up right after the events of Season 3.
While singer Eir Aoi performs the opening theme song, ‘Monster,’ ZAQ performs the ending theme, ‘Liar Veil.’
Cast And Other Details
While the main cast includes Shoya Chiba (as Kiyotaka Ayanokōji) and Akari Kito (as Suzune Horikita), the additional cast includes Minako Satō (as Tsubasa Nanase), Hiroya Egashira (as Kazuomi Hōsen), and Momoko Seto (as Ichika Amasawa).
Noriyuki Nomata is directing the series at Studio Lerche, and Ko Shigenobu is handling the series composition and writing the scripts.
Story
The anime is based on the novel series written by Shogo Kinugasa and illustrated by Shunsaku Tomose, which started in 2015. A sequel series, known as Year 2, continues the story of Kiyotaka’s second year at school. The franchise also has a manga adaptation and multiple anime seasons, with the first season airing in 2017, followed by Season 2 in 2022 and Season 3 in 2024.
The story of Classroom Of The Elite follows Kiyotaka Ayanokouji, a quiet and observant student in Class D, the lowest-ranked class. Although he appears ordinary, he is extremely smart and a skilled fighter. In Season 4, Kiyotaka and his classmates start their second year at Advanced Nurturing High School, facing harder tests, new students and more challenges, all while keeping their true abilities hidden.
